Because we are a smaller company, we take more personal care. We treat your clothes with respect and diligence, and we treat our customers with courtesy and consideration.
We're not a big operator doing things impersonally and in bulk. We provide something a bit more individual and special for our customers - quality of service is at the heart of our business.
Our extensive fabric knowledge means that we can answer most questions, so if you have any particular problems or anything you need advice on, we are always happy to help.
When you bring something to us to be cleaned, it stays with us. Nothing is sent out. This excludes leather and suede as this is sent to a professional leather cleaner. All our cleaning is done on the premises, ensuring that we keep everything under our control and that our standards remain unblemished.
We use only the latest technology, with machines that are quick, use less water, less electricity and are very gentle to fabrics.
Sustainability and ecology are very important to the Linen Press and we do everything we can to make our process as environmentally sound as possible.
If it is inconvenient for a customer to get to our premises in Beccles, we can also offer an additional collection and delivery service, along with an agent service at selected local shops and village stores.
